Taking Benadryl for Clen

Hey guys, just wanted a little advice, I have been using liquid Clen for about a week and a half. But have decided to give myself a little break over the new year period so I can have a little bit of partying before I get back into work and smash myself in the gym again.

Would it be right for me to take the benadryl for a week after new years before I get back into clen to cut back down?, the pills in the benadryl are Diphenhydramine HCI 25mg each. How many should I need per night to up the beta2 receptors before I get back into it?

dont know anybody that uses benadryl...whats wrong with ketotifen?? or just take 2 weeks off and let them recover naturally

I was gonna do that, but I ordered some Benadryl for next to nothing and it arrived today. I thought of keto but ill give it a go next time perhaps.

my last go with clen i just ran ketotifen from day 1 and through out figured no sense in allowing the receptors get trashed...first time the clen started to lose effectiveness at day 12 right around where you are now...iv'e been curious to hear if anybody has had success with benadryl but if you are taking time off as weel you will not know for certain if the benadryl has effect in re-sensitizing the beta-2's

have you been monitoring your body temp?? or how are you tracking the effectiveness??
