I'm currently 180 lb about 13% BF 30 years old. Was here for my first cycle which went great. I lost a bit of my gains due to an injury and getting sick from my first cycle but I'm almost back to where I was after PCT now. I have been off cycle for about 5 months now and am getting ready to start cycle 2. Probably my last (we will see). Last time my results peaked at 10 weeks so I will be ending there instead of 12 like last time.
wk 1-10 Test E 500 mg 250 twice a week
wk 1-4 Dbol 50 mg ed
Nolva as needed
PCT
wk 1-8 Tore 60mg/ED (120mg/ED first 14 days, 100mg/ED next 7 days)
wk 1-6 Tamox/Nolva 20mg/ED
I want to get up to 200LB maintain it for a month or so then cut the fat to get down to a LEAN 180. My diet was decent last time but improved through the cycle thanks to the diet section here. This time I will be MUCH more prepared on my diet to get the most out of my cycle. I'm hoping for pretty clean gains as my cloths will not support me getting fat. Thoughts? Mostly on my PCT as its different then last time.
