    Needing some quick advice

Sorry, this may be in the wrong section, this is my first time posting here.
Im 20, 6', 180lbs, 7% body fat. I have been working out regularly (4-7 times per week) for the past 4 years. I have tried many pre-workouts and other supplements, creatines, zma, beta-alanine, lots of protein, and i am interested in looking into something a little more effective for my next bulk.
I am aware that steroids are discouraged at my age, because my test levels are naturally high, but I wanted advice on something i can take that may be a little stronger than regular over the counter stuff. I've heard some recommendations for pro-hormones or HGH, and i wanted some more informed opinions.

Diet/exercise tips are appreciated, though ive probably heard them all. Im taking atleast 300g of protein per day, doing high weight low reps, working out 4-5 days a week to leave time for recovery, but still staying active every day.

Im not looking for a safer alternative to anabolics, just something to give me maximum effect that wont just be a waste of money.

    Thanks

Not only are you too young, you are too small. There's no reason that you shouldn't be able to hit 200+ lbs naturally. Either you're diet or training is not what you think it is.

Plus if you're bulking and you are at 7% body fat then you are doing something horribly wrong.

I'm asking for ideas before I start to bulk I just finished a long cut, I was in the low 200s at the end of my last bulk. I could post my stats as 200 lbs 12% bf, as that is what they would probably look like at the end of my next bulk. I'm just looking for recommendations, I have a trainer to help me with diet and fitness stuff. If I'm too young for test, is there anything else worth trying besides the standard diet and exercise?

Have you tried creatine? It really does work for a lot of people. Pro hormones can be just as harsh on your body as aas.

Yeah, I'm pretty clued in on creatine as well as most other otcs. I use creatine (in cycles) with every workout.
I was told elsewhere that prohormones are usually either junk or dangerously close to aas. I was recommended Mass Tabs and Double Dragon (OTC orals) for a bulk, and they were described as a type of prohormone. I don't know of anyone is familiar with these?

Avoid anything hormonal for a few years. Most of those OTC hormones are just oral steroids that haven't been banned yet, and are at least as dangerous as the illegal ones.
