1st cycle ever was taken last year
32 years old coming Feb.
208lbs.
BF: 20%
I did EQ and Test E 500mg a week for 24 weeks.
No PCT during or after
I know, inexperienced, stupid, dumb and should have researched better.
I have been off everything for 4 months now
I just had bloodwork done from the doctor so he is going to check all my levels and recommend a program for me.
But because I know what my goals are, I want to go into his office and have a recommendation of what my own program should be incase he prescribes me something weak.
Can you guys help make a recommendation assuming all my levels are fine and safe?
I'll share the results after I get them.
But assuming i didn't do any harm to my body, I am trying to cut up quickly, develop muscle, not so much mass.
Trying to avoid water retention since it was so bad first cycle.
I have been working out 3 years.
I am confused between the different products out there.
1 person tells me to just take growth, another tells me to take Sust and Winstrol, another tells me to take Sust and EQ.
Like I said, I just want something to help cut me up and be safe.
First off I will be taking the diet part more seriously cause in my eyes that's 80%, the other stuff I will call it 20% but I know it's more.
I was thinking 12 weeks (of course I will see if the doctor is onboard with this by looking at my test levels)
Sust and EQ 500mg, maybe adding Winny toward the end?
PCT - Nolv and Clomid
Should I be considering Growth at all?
Just want your advice on what to take or not to take.
