Hey everyone! So I have been thinking about running var for a couple years now but kept deciding to wait... There is so many conflicting opinions out there. So far we know that it is for sure not the best bulker. Not for someone going for 20 pounds a cycle... And we know it can help with cutting by preventing catabolism during a calorie deficit... Knowing this, could we assume that if ones goal was to STAY cut, but slowly put on quality mass, that eating very slightly over maintenance, you could put on muscle faster than you could without the var, while staying lean? Assuming one was running a medium dose around 40mg a day? Also what would the response be to an increase in calories more similar to a bulking diet? Would you notice a detectable amount of gain compared to while not running var with the same diet? I just have a hard time understanding why people seem so convinced that var is not capable of being used for mass when it increases strength so drastically, and even If only due to the increase in strength, one should still experience noticeable changes in hypertrophy right? I would appreciate any opinions, input, or previous experiences with oxandrolone. Thanks in advance!
