    Truth about anavar

    Hey everyone! So I have been thinking about running var for a couple years now but kept deciding to wait... There is so many conflicting opinions out there. So far we know that it is for sure not the best bulker. Not for someone going for 20 pounds a cycle... And we know it can help with cutting by preventing catabolism during a calorie deficit... Knowing this, could we assume that if ones goal was to STAY cut, but slowly put on quality mass, that eating very slightly over maintenance, you could put on muscle faster than you could without the var, while staying lean? Assuming one was running a medium dose around 40mg a day? Also what would the response be to an increase in calories more similar to a bulking diet? Would you notice a detectable amount of gain compared to while not running var with the same diet? I just have a hard time understanding why people seem so convinced that var is not capable of being used for mass when it increases strength so drastically, and even If only due to the increase in strength, one should still experience noticeable changes in hypertrophy right? I would appreciate any opinions, input, or previous experiences with oxandrolone. Thanks in advance!

    well you have already run 2 test cycles, when was your last cycle? and are tring to run var by itself ?20 lbs is unrealistic with any compound.var will put on lbm no doubt . im going to use as a cutting aid though.

    the only thing I know of (correct me if i'm wrong) that can add the type of weight you are talking about is drol. but mostly water

    I have run Avavar for months on end at 40mg day with some pretty good results. Keep in mind that I gained miminal weight and moderate strength while doing over 15-20 hours a week of endurance training versus only 6 hrs of week body building. I was f-ing shredded on this stuff. Without the endurance work, I would have likely gained more muscle and strength, but that was not the end game. My 2 cents.

    Anavar is great, either by itself or stacked with certain types of other gear. By itself, not great gains, but a nice hardness and increased strength.

    What would be the best stack with Anavar for strength?

    well forest... im new to this. been thinking about taking Clen for the cutting with var for the strenght and small muscle gain.. im like you i do series amount of cardio.. some long runs other hiit with sports and boxing workouts.. then 3/4 weight sessions a week.. not looking to bulk up but lose some stubborn fat and shreddred as you out it! any advice mate? thanks
