    Bread Butter and Meat Cycle

I have spent much time thinking this through and waited for my shoulder to recover (weight lifters shoulder.. currently at 90% I just avoid flat bench). Last cycle my focus was nothing but strength gains, and that took its toll on my body. This time its going to be a more bber style workout.

    Stat and History
    5'8
Weight: 200 lbs. The injury set me back 20 lbs, was 220 after the last cycle.
    BF 15% (Posted pictures)
Cycle History: Test E, Deca, Dbol and Winstrol 3 cycles done.

    Suggested Cycle:

    750mg Test Enth 1-16weeks. Pinned on Mon/Wed/Fridy
    400mg Deca 1-14week. Pinned Monday/Friday
    Adex .5mg 1-14week - Monday/Wed/Friday

PCT HCG 16-18. Dosage? Storing HCG for the length of the cycle is tricky, best I would be able to do is run for a short time.

    Nolva 40/20/20

    ------------------------------------

    Questions:
    1) Ancillaries: Have run deca in the past, is caber necessary?
    2) Pinning Schedule: Is there a better way to schedule, I would pin 2x a week 350 and 200 (test /deca) but amps are in 250mg/ml.

    3) Adex dosage okay? I have never run adex, but cant afford to bloat up like a fish. As I do when I run deca.

    4) How should I schedule the PCT. I will have issues storing HCG for the entire life of the cycle.

    5) Front Load: Prop is easily available, should I kick start with prop and dbol? Any suggestions? Since dbol is a lot of water weight, I think i would prefer to see the test kick in sooner.

No, i don't think caber is necessary at that dose of Deca

Adex dose should be ok, it will work for sure till at least week 5, then you may have to move eod

Hcg would best be utilized during, the cycle, some say throughout, but I think a few 500iu doses over the last 4 weeks is sufficient, it will stor in it's dry unmixed state for quite some time.

How long you been out of the gym with your shoulder? I would take it slow.I had my shoulder done.Rotorcuff torn bicep ripped off another tendon.Took along time. The shoulder was the easy part. The torn tendons suck.Good luck.
