I had a motorcycle accident 8 months ago ( not my fault). I have been back in the gym for 5 months now and have put most of my weight back on however my leg is still refusing to grow.

I have been training for ten years seriously. I'm 35 and 6'1" right at about 200.
I am looking for strength gains not trying bulk a lot but definately still missing some muscle that I used to have. Just looking for advice on my first cycle. Thanks.
