Just curious if doing Test-e alone 500mg/week for 12 weeks will be worth the effort and what kinda of gains will i see with this? What kind of PTC would you all recommend? Just looking to add a lil extra weight and strength, Thank you!

im no pro, but ive been led to assume you could gain 15-20 maybe even upto 30lbs if your diet is very good, and you train like a beast!!
but you need to make sure your diet/ training and PCT are tip top if you want to keep the gains.
otherwise theres no point in going on a cycle.

Have you really seen gains up to 30 lbs with someone on an all test cycle? is that before or after pct? And how could someone keep that much after getting off cycle. Not doubting you just have never seen anyone gain that much? Just wanna make sure i am understanding you right.
If you cycle when you are not near your max potential you will probably gain upwards of 20lbs however your ability to keep any of it will be a long shot.
ok... could you explain that in further detail.
with all things considered equal.
with diet and routine in check what would be the difference?
i am just assuming a lot of people get on gear when they aren't.
BEFORE EVERYONE FLAMES ME..... i don't plan on being one of these people. I know i have another 3 or 4 months to get myself back to where i will feel i am pushing max potential. The hardest thing for people wanting to get on gear is patients. I figure it will be go info for people wanting to rush it.
This is just more for general conversation. Good info for lots of newbs.
There is a sticky on pct bro
It seems like you are just looking to get spoon feed. Do some more reading go threw all our stickys you will learn a lot more this way.
Asking questions is always a step in the right direction. As far as your gains will be depending on your diet and workouts. Everyone is different so some people may get great gains while others do not. You have to be dedicated to your cycle for the cycle to be effective.
what he said ^^
you need to train extremely hard and diet even harder to see those high gaines.
but even when you have done that you may still not make huge gains.
everyone is different, and having a solid pct is crucial in keeping the weight you have gained.
just search this forum and educate yourself
all im saying is if you take a 5'9" 150lb guy who lives on 3 crappy meals a day and he decides on day to cycle and throw in a 4th crappy meal he will probably see those gains, however he will lose them becuase if he had the ability and knowladge to keep them he wouldn't be 150lbs to begin with
Depends on how well you stick to your diet. You might want to add a little Dbol on the front end, or prop to kick start you.
Ive always had good gains on Ethenate, but like others said, depends on diet, and PCT. Very important. I always say, the most important is how we train off cycle, most of us are mad men on cycle, its the off cycle training that helps maintain our gains with proper diet, and PCT.
Also agree with MBMETC, if your only 150lbs, you should train more naturally, because your not at your full potential yet. Diet is crucial, I eat 8 times a day.
Ok makes sense. I just understood you wrong. I totally agree with you and that is why I am on this forum putting in countless hours of research to make sure my diet and training is in check.
The guys on here have been a lot of help so far.
