I've always done the first set up, but after reading Ronnie's thread on slingshot training I'm curious. It makes sense that waiting that long in-between cycles will "reset" your starting point to just above that of the previous cycle.
I'm into health as much as I am muscle and appearance. Ronnie mentions only 2 weeks between cycles. I'm not that gung ho, but are there any experienced members that would like to share their opinion? My current cycle totals 10 weeks. PCT is another 4 weeks. I think 14 weeks between cycles is a bit much. Is there anyway to bring back natural hormone levels in less time?
I just want to reiterate I'm looking for opinions from experienced members. Health is my number one concern... hence why I'm asking.Thanks in advance.
