Ok first off im 24yo, 6'3", 222lbs, dont know body fat ( ill get into my built below)
Oh so ive have lifted for a few years when younger but took about a 2 year break because of personal reasons. Diet went to shit and i developed more fat then im comfortable with. Ive been lifting again for 3 months now and ive been on a strict lean diet, went from 235 to 222 but im not developing the size i want. I lift heavy and hard. Im not fat anywhere other then around the stomach area. Maybe 18-20bf
What would you guys recommend as a first cycle for good gains on a lean diet. I know im gonna hear about no point of doing it because i havent reached my bodys natural maximum. Im just researching at this point, ive been trolling and reading for a while but figured id ask for my body type.
