    Newb need help with first cycle

    Ok first off im 24yo, 6'3", 222lbs, dont know body fat ( ill get into my built below)

    Oh so ive have lifted for a few years when younger but took about a 2 year break because of personal reasons. Diet went to shit and i developed more fat then im comfortable with. Ive been lifting again for 3 months now and ive been on a strict lean diet, went from 235 to 222 but im not developing the size i want. I lift heavy and hard. Im not fat anywhere other then around the stomach area. Maybe 18-20bf

    What would you guys recommend as a first cycle for good gains on a lean diet. I know im gonna hear about no point of doing it because i havent reached my bodys natural maximum. Im just researching at this point, ive been trolling and reading for a while but figured id ask for my body type.

    try to lose some bf before if you can.

    im sure you will be much happier with your results if you lost abit of fat

    Oh definitely thats my only goal currently. As stated im just researching right now.
    What is a good lean first cycle? Putting diet into consideration, most lean mass and minimal water retention.

    I was planning on HGH and AAS but after reading so much on it just doesnt seem remotely the right route for a first timer. Not to mention a waste of money. Btw thanks for the responses. Germanbulk, why do you suggest that as a cycle for me?

    Don't get discouraged and run to AAS.

    Even on cycle, diet and cardio will be burning the fat, not the steroids.

    Cut hard, use thermogenics as a last resort, then hit a cycle once you are nice and lean,

    your body will be primed and ready to grow after cutting

    Ive actually figured out my issue i think.
    Been reading the diet section and i feel like my intake wasnt enough. Can that prevent you from cutting fat. Not enough calories, carbs, fats, etc.
    Im not running to it haha its more like i like to keep my options open i guess i research a lot before i do anything, that why this post was made. Im gonna rework my diet and see how it works. I cant seen to go under 222lbs currently, i go between 222 and 225 no less

    Definitely re-address your diet. The nutrition section is always open for suggestions. If you have any Q's, post your diet/macros/goals and stats in there and the boys will fix you right up. The steroids can wait until you get a little more organized. GL.

    Thanks for the info guys. I'm gonna work on upping everything in my diet. I work 2 jobs so cardio time will be hard to fit in with lifting. Will I lean out at all with Just lifting and good diet or do I have to find time for cardio. Not really on a time scale. Ill try and get a picture up
