    OK to skip 1 injection in middle of a 10 week cycle??

    My job requires me to travel to international client sites for a couple weeks every month. The schedule unpredictable and I'm typically only home no more than 2 weeks each month. As a result, I've never been able to cycle. I work out mad hard and eat right and have been ready in my head for an injectable cycle for a couple years now, I want the gains.

    I have a really unique opportunity in that I'm on a project where I know my schedule far for the next 12 weeks and I only have one 10 day trip to Bermuda in this time, the rest is all work from home office. After this project I'll go back to my old life of picking up and flying out with a weeks notice or less. My trainer says to go ahead and do the cycle (will post below) knowing that I'm going to miss one shot, because he knows I won't get a chance like this again until I change jobs and that's not happening anytime soon. But, want to get other vets opinions on going into a cycle knowing I'm going to miss an injection.

    Cycle (with skip week is below), comments on the cycle are welcome also (particularly on the Liquidex and PCT), but really need advice on effects of having a skip week...

    Week 1: one injection 400 mg Test-e, Dbol 20 mg e/d, Liquidex 1 mg e/d
    Week 2: one injection 400 mg Test-e, Dbol 20 mg e/d, Liquidex 1 mg e/d
    Week 3: one injection 400 mg Test-e, Dbol 20 mg e/d, Liquidex 1 mg e/d
    Week 4: one injection 400 mg Test-e, Dbol 20 mg e/d, Liquidex 1 mg e/d
    Week 5: Nothing
    Week 6: one injection 400 mg Test-e, Liquidex .5 mg e/d,
    Week 7: one injection 400 mg Test-e, Liquidex .5 mg e/d
    Week 8: one injection 400 mg Test-e, Liquidex .5 mg e/d
    Week 9: one injection 400 mg Test-e, Liquidex .5 mg e/d
    Week 10: one injection 400 mg Test-e, Liquidex .5 mg e/d
    Week 11: one injection 400 mg Test-e, Liquidex .5 mg e/d
    Week 12: Liquidex .25 mg e/d, Clomid 200 mg e/d
    Week 13: Liquidex .25 mg e/d, Clomid 100 mg e/d

    My personal stats... I'm 36, 5'9" 173, bf 16%, working out hard for 3+ years and been in a gym and played sports whole life. BF is a bit higher than normal due to crazy travel schedule in Nov and Dec and holiday eating...

    Im miss shots kinda more often than I should and ive never seen any issue with it. Casual users will prob never notice a difference or lull in performance.

    OP, drop the adex in PCT. I'd just use nolva/clomid, and start it 12 days after your last injection.

    Hey thanks guys. Should I do nolva AND clomid, or were you recommending one or the other. I'll do a little more research into it, and if anyone has a recommendation for timings, let me know. The PCT is the part of the cycle that my research has been most spotty and conflicting and I don't want to F#ck it up. So if anyone wants to offer timings and doses Id be grateful. I'm psyched to start this cycle! I'm going to be posting diet, workouts and results in the appropriate thread, so keep an eye out.

    clomid 100/100/50/50
    nolva 40/40/20/20
    pretty standard pct should do the job

    MAYBE A LOWER DOSE OF ADEX .50 EOD..JUST A SUGGESTION

    ^^Yup^^ Do them both, with the times and dosages suggested.

    I don't know how I missed your PCT planning when I read your post originally. I guess that's what I get for being on here instead of actually working

    Yeah, I actually joined a meal plan at a place here, it's not cheap, but I pick up my meals every day and makes life easier for me. The 2 guys that run it are bodybuilders and licensed trainers and nutritionists and one of them went to culinary school. I set up nutritional info/plan with them. That said, I didn't tell them I was doing a cycle as I don't know them that well and didn't want it advertised. The basics of the diet are 2200 cals a day give or take 100 calories based on my choices for the day, at least 180 g protein, about 400 g carbs, with fat under 60 g a day, no salt or sugar used in any of the cooking and plenty of vegetables. I'll post the details in the diet forum, but if you want to offer diet advice on this post, I'd appreciate... Also, just as a reminder, I'm 5'9" 173 pounds...

    Everything is cooked daily at the restaurant, so it's not a frozen meal plan, etc. It's a healthy, bodybuilding joint here in Southern Cal...

    Here isn't the best place to give diet advice and im not the best to give it, however imo you should be consuming closer to 3000 cals ed, im only 5'10 and can easily get to 210lbs without the use of aas.....

    That said please post your full daily diet in the diet forum where you will be given great planning and advice...
