Little Help Please

Ok so my first cycle was anavar only, worked good. Second Cycle was 10 week test-e at 2 a week but i screwed that up.

Ok so now i want to do a test-e cycle properly. I understand the 2 shots a week at 250mg each, but i just had a question about nolvadex and clomid.

Should i take nolvadex throughout the cycle to prevent ball shrinkage and clomid after the cycle to keep the gains? If so how much?

Im 23, 175, 6' and I plan to do another 10 week 500mg/week cycle of test-e only.
