    natural bulking vs AAS bulking

I am not advocating lean bulking over dirty bulking or vice versa. Generally, one should eat a bit over maintanance in order to gain lean muscle mass. If you want your scales to go crazy, eat a lot, gain loads of fat, muscle and water and then have a long, painful cutting session.
What interested me, does the diet have to be significantly different when lean bulking on AAS? Opinions...

I'd like to hear some inputs on a very lean bulking diet which doesn't go over the 500 calories of maintenance.

I dont really get either of the questions above

Calories should be clean all the time IMO

It is the only way to make true progress over a long time

Dirty Bulking is a bad Idea, trust me I have done it and its not worth it

If your in your first 2 years of natural training Calories at 250 over TDEE is a good place to be

This will add 0.5 Lbs of weight to your frame per week

If your running AAS i would recomend 500-750 calories over TDEE

Obviously when on AAS your body can grow quicker and you will not gain as much fat

However calories should always be from good sources

Grow It - Kill It - Eat it

Just eat more of what you would eat on your diet. Instead of 1 cup of rice eat 2 at every meal etc.

not really, i think generally you are supposed to eat about 1.2-1.5 of protein instead of 1g per pound of bodyweight. Also one advantage with steroids with bulking is that you tend to gain very little fat when you bulk on steroids, (as long as you eat halfway clean), when you bulk natty you tend to always gain some fat even with a clean diet.
