deca test gyno prevention

5th cycle....

im currently starting deca 400mg/wk and test enath 400mg/wk.... being that i am gyno prone ... and that i have nolvadex on hand... at what dosage would you guys suggest i take the nolvadex while on the cycle?

Use an AI with a progestin, not a SERM. I personally would use more test than deca but to each his own. Nolva does nothing to prevent progesterone related gyno. In fact, it could aggravate it. Best way to control progesterone is by keeping estro levels in check. Nolva is a pretty useless anti-e when it comes to reducing circulating estrogen in the body. All it really does is prevent estrogen from binding to ER.

Letro, 0,25 day, start two weeks prior to your cycle...........run all cycle and stop at pct start.

aromasin works well for me because it keeps progesterone down and estrogen and i'm sensitive to sides as well

keep the test lower - dont raise it ...esp if u are gyno prone..let the 19 nor do the majority of the work...and use adex to keep estrogen low. The test higher than 19 nor theory is a myth ...some my like to run it that way..it certainly isnt necessary and in a case where you are gyno prone why would you ? I think the above poster was refering to caber or the likes ..not a progestin - thats for sure. I personally dont think thats necessary. Letro may be a good chioce i personally dont like it..too harsh ..but im not gyno prone.

If i was running tren or deca and was gyno prone then running nolva would be my choice..

That whole thing about not running nolva with a nor 19 is another myth.....

would doing letro 2 weeks prior then switching to arimidex at start of cycle be good too?

i think letro takes to long to work... ill keep doing nolva.. and in case i get any sides... ill add arimidex ... ill keep my dosages ofthe cycle the same .. how does that sound??

i agree, i ran 500mgs of each and kept estro in check with a-dex. i did also have prami on hand for the 19nor sides

10mg of Nolva ED.........if you decide to run the Adex, .25-.50mg EOD should work

Hi guys, I am 34 and just stared my first cycle 3 weeks ago. I take 250 deca and 250 testogel every week for 10 weeks. I just started feeling the sensitiveness in my nipples and my right side kind of felt sore today so it freaked me out a little bit. I have nolva in hand and just ordered liquidex and letro, they should be here in couple of days. My question is am i taking the right dose of deca and test? Is it normal to feel sensitive in the early stage of cycle? If it is the initiation of gyno, which route to take? Is it ok to take nolva during cycle or just take A.i or letro during and keep the nolva for pct? Am i too late for A.i or letro? I guess i m prone to gyno

Nolvadex DOESNT lower estrogen and is NOT good for use ON cycle for estrogen issues. for that you dont want a SERM you want an AI like LETRO or STANE.

this is your fifth cycle and you dont know this?

whats your real stats?

ALSO an AI wont help DECA /prog gyno so you would need somethign else for those gyno side effects like PRAMI.

don't do any cycle right now, take a bit of time ot read up on this just to be safe.

but nolva/Tamox WONT lower estrogen so why would you use that ? it will blick gyno but then what when you stopp and have super high estrogen?

using nolva while waiting for the AI to take effect while on cycle I can understand. but to take it to control estrogen or prog doesnt make any sence.
