I try to eat more than 3 times a day. On average i usually eat 3-4 solid meals.
I do stay to the 4 food groups everyday. But i have a very fast metabolism.
Would it be safe to do it for maybe just a month so i can get the strenth in and once i build up the muscle i can just maintian it and stop taking them. Would that work?
