hello guys. thinking of starting a clen cycle! im 28 6ft 2inch and 105kg
usual workout per week consist of 90mins cardio in the early am 5 times a week and 3/4 weights intense session at night per week. (id be alot lighter if i dodnt do these weight sessions)
would ye guys suggust using clen on its own and keep going the way i am or cycle it of with something!
i have dropped 25kgs already with a clean diet and hard training but need something now to drop the 5-10 kgs and get me shredded.
