weeks 1-10 test e 250mg twice a week
nolva 10mg ed
l-dex .25mg ed
weeks 5-10 winn 40mg ed
pct after two weeks clomid 300/150/50/50/50....
nolva 40/40/30/20/20....
l-dex .25/.25/.25/.25/.25....
also my diet is almost dialed in just right....starting to see some nice fat loss but when i start my cycle ill up the cals by upping the protein
again im not looking to start this right away, just want to make sure i have everything right in my head and ive read so much stuff ive started to confuse myself. i still would like to get my bf% down a lil before i start this cycle
