    questions about possible first cycle

    Hi I have been lifting for 6 years I am will be 29 in a month I am 5'10 190lbs. I am interested in possibly doing a cycle but don't want to gain to much weight. Probably around 10 pounds and would like to get a little more cut. By bf is between 12 and 15%. I work out hard and my diet is great 4000 clean cals a day but not gaining anymore and my strength has flatlined. Any recommendations for a mild cycle. I would also like gear with less sides if possible I've done some research was thinking eq with a light dose of test e but if I knew what I was talking about I wouldn't be on here. Any help would be great and if I'm wasting my time let me know

    Ten lbs shouldn't be hard to do naturally if your diet is as good as you say it is. Post it up in the diet section. You'd be surprised how bad our diets are Once you have an expert critique it. Made the world of difference once I had my so called perfect diet fixed. Also with the aas. The diet decides whether it's a bulk or cut.

    ^^^^agree. I also thought i had a good diet until my boy gbrice let me have it. Head over to the diet section bro.

    If your diet and workout is in check you can gain 10 pounds no problem.
