Hi I have been lifting for 6 years I am will be 29 in a month I am 5'10 190lbs. I am interested in possibly doing a cycle but don't want to gain to much weight. Probably around 10 pounds and would like to get a little more cut. By bf is between 12 and 15%. I work out hard and my diet is great 4000 clean cals a day but not gaining anymore and my strength has flatlined. Any recommendations for a mild cycle. I would also like gear with less sides if possible I've done some research was thinking eq with a light dose of test e but if I knew what I was talking about I wouldn't be on here. Any help would be great and if I'm wasting my time let me know
