1st cycle
Hi guys! New to all this so I apologise for my ignorance! Im 28 years old and have been training for 2 years now, have had good gains in strength and size but am still overweight. Have decided to do a cycle of steroids to see if that helps. Im iffy about pins so Ive gone for all tablets.. Got some anavar , d-bol, winstrol and tamoxifen . Im a little unclear how to take these to achieve best results so im looking for advice on how to go about this! Also what is the best diet to follow while taking thesr particular products?

i would suggest you hold off for now with the aas your goals will be better met with some nutrition changes. head over to the diet section and start a thread asking for guidance in your diet, seroids dont burn fat per say although the may assist with the final couple of pounds. diet and cardio will benifit your fat loss more than steroids . do more research on the board and you will see that oral only cycles are a poor choice.

I get what your saying guys, I know diet is far more important than taking loads of gear. My diet is pretty good, body fat has come down from 26% to 17% since ive been training but ive always been keen on trying steroids and Im going for it now... Havent time to post my exact diet and training routine right now but all Im really looking for is the best way to cycle the stuff Ive got.. Thanks

the best way to cycle any of what you have is to lower your bf winni and var work well along with low bf and d-bol is basically all water gain not to mention they all shut your natural test production

Diet is everything. Get that in check and then with the proper workout you will be fine.
