Deca and sus cycle

Hi i was just looking to get some advice before i do my deca an sus cycle, this is my second but it may as well be my first as i didnt do any research before and got no gains an just done more damage than good, this time i am going to do it properly an research properly before jumping in. I am 6"2 an 97kg's but i want to put on more muscle mass, i was going to run a cycle of just 8 weeks but after researching i think ill do a 12 wk cycle, this is how i think i should do it but advice from anyone with previous knowledge would be greatly appreciated.

Day 1: 200mg of Deca + 150mg (3/5 of a cc) of Sus
Day 3: 150mg of Sus
Day 5: 150mg of Sus

I was going to do that for 10 weeks an then for next two weeks just do sus.

For my pct i was just going to use nolvadex but then i read different things on here saying use clomid as well and sometimes i see to use armidex too. So if someone could clarify this for me it would be very much appreciated!
