Your workout regimine sounds mediocre at best, and I would imagine your diet is not on point. On top of that it sounds like you need to do some more research overall. If you don't know what PCT (post cycle therapy) is, you really shouldn't be messing with these chemicals at all. Learn the compunds, and what they do, how they act, and how they affect you physically. All of these things are important to understand before you start messing with your hormonal balance. Just because your brother put on good weight (which I would imagine he lost most of when he was done) does not mean anything. If all the factors I listed are not in check, you will not get the results you want, you will have wasted a lot of money, and more importantly you risk causing damage to yourself. By no means am I trying to bust your balls, I just want to explain to you the things you need to know in order to start the right way. The advice you have access to on this board can be phenomenal, you just have to be prepared and up to speed in order to get it.
