letro for puffy nipples

not sure whether this is the right thread or not.
Is letro good for puffy nipples if u have no lumps underneath them? ive had them for ages now an they get worse weneva im on cycle so i want do try doing something to get rid of it. if so, what type of dose are we talking? heres a picture of what im talking about... its weird they have no lumps but they are puffy, except when im cold they go small an normal lol

nolvadex would be abetter chice letro will crush your estrogen i think 10mgs of nolva eod to start wouldn't hurt

i run nolva every cycle and it does nothin for it. shrinks it a little then when i stop it comes back
