    can some please help!!!

    I've always been tall, skinny, and unable to gain big muscle. I recently started weight lifting, about 3 months 3 days a week, and not showing any gains. I've spent enough money on protien drinks and supplements to pay for a house and still nothing...What do i need to get big? Details please because I'm new to all of this...thanks

    no idea about fat %
    2 hrs mon,wed,and fri for about 3 months

    Step one: figure out what you want to try and accomplish goal-wise. Do you want to lose fat? bulk up? gain muscle? improve cardiovascular funtion? etc.... it's much easier to get the results you want if you know what you're striving for

    Step two: Go to the diet forum and do lots of research. There are some serious diet gurus floating arround in there. You won't see results if you don't eat to reach the goals that you set

    Step three: Stop spending your money on protein drinks and supplements. Supplements are helpful, absolutely, but they are called supplements for a reason. They SUPPLEMENT your diet. Spend your money on food.....and then eat that food.....and then eat some more......

    ok thanks, my goal is to gain muscle and a lot of it. I'm tired of being skinny. When would you suggest adding a steroid to the mix

    WHOAH!

    hold your horses champ!

    youve only began weight lifting for 3 months.
    your no way near ready for steroids!!!!

    you should have TONNES to gain naturally first,
    your tall and need to diet more with carbs.

    also check your work out routines. try to get a drawn up routine by a gym instructor if you are a member.

    you should be lifting more weights everyweek then you could the previous.

    In my opinion, you have got a LOOOOOOONNGG time before your ready and should even think about Roids.

    steroids are only recomended once you hit your natural plateu.. which usually will happen only after 3-5 years of hard training.. now i do not expect you to wait that long, i am only saying that is what i recomend. The minimum time training would be atleast a year or18 months.. as you run a high risk of injuring your tendons/joints/ rotator cuff if you do it too early and your body has not grown accustom to training with heavy weights.. I am willing to suggest that you will more then likely be able to put on at least 20lbs naturally if you get a good work out in order nad get your diet in check.. you can achieve more with a good Diet then steroids and training combined..

    thanks for all the advice. i'm sure like others i had the wrong ideas about steroids..i'll do the diet and try to find a good trainer...thanks again

    just give the diet etc a go.

    i bet you will be happy with the results you get in a month or so,
    and you wont even want to spend $$$ on steroids

    3 months 3 days a week ? add a couple more days on that but its astart , give it some time bro.
