Step one: figure out what you want to try and accomplish goal-wise. Do you want to lose fat? bulk up? gain muscle? improve cardiovascular funtion? etc.... it's much easier to get the results you want if you know what you're striving for
Step two: Go to the diet forum and do lots of research. There are some serious diet gurus floating arround in there. You won't see results if you don't eat to reach the goals that you set
Step three: Stop spending your money on protein drinks and supplements. Supplements are helpful, absolutely, but they are called supplements for a reason. They SUPPLEMENT your diet. Spend your money on food.....and then eat that food.....and then eat some more......
