Thread: When does the "Recovery" stage end?

When does the "Recovery" stage end?

    I was reading this: http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...moderate-user*

"As testosterone returns to normal and recovery is nearly there, eating over the calories can be lowered to maintenance of the new found muscle what's been gained during the cycle. Never start dieting in the recovery stage it will strip you of your hard earned tissue."
When exactly is this recovery stage over? Once the PCT is finished or longer than that?

Well to begin with as your so young you may never fully recover, that is a possibility...

However this is almost impossible to answer as everyone is different, having bloods works done before and after your cycle/pct is the only way of knowing for sure
Do not ask me for a source check.

by recovery stage are you asking when your test levels will return to normal?? if that is your question the answer is not as easy as A+B=C.. there is a general rule of thumb that time off = time on + PCT.. but some people might take longer to recover, or may never fully recover at all.. it is best to take the minimum time off as stated and get some bloodwork done to see where your levels stand.. this is of course assuming you got your levels checked before your cycle so you know your baseline.

if you are younger than 25 you are exponentially more likely to never fully recover, so we all recomend you wait if that is the case
