    dbol opinions

    just after some opinions guys, running dbol ,deca test e cycle, dbol 4 weeks to kick off, currantly doing 30 mg daily split as 3 tabs threw out the day, iv read there is alot of debate about times u should take the dbol, how people take the full dose in the morning or before gym and dont spread it out.
    just after what people have tried and if there results were different using either of the methods,

    to be honest i dont really think when you take it is that important.

    aslong as they are evenly spread out you should be ok as they will still be in your system.

    once youve been taking them for a week or so, it wouldnt make much difference as your body is already
    becoming customed to it each time you take one.

    I love Dbol ! Anyways, I think spreading it out is best, IMO. I believe this because it's fast acting, and your body will want to have as high levels of that as possible all day long, considering your body is repairing all day, and not just during your workout. I like taking "part" of my alotment just before the workout as I like the way it makes me feel.

    I had the tabs my first cycle and I split them up as well throughout the idea and ad good results. Last two cycles I did not use dbol , but will definately be getting some for my next cycle.

    I used to be a 'spread it ou't guy, because more stable levels have to be better, right!? Now I take 10mg for breakfast and 40mg preworkout, and love it. The stuff will give you better pumps and add intensity to your workouts, and it will be anabolically active for the most critical hours afterwards. I workout in the evenings, if you worked out am, you may try 20mg pre-wo and 10mg in the afternoon. I've put on about 8-10lbs in the last week on 50mgs of dbol a day this way. I feel and look really good.

    I take 50mg 1.5 hours before training and explode in the weights

    im currently taking 30mg a day, 10mg in the morning, 10mg after lunch, and 10mg before bed.

    Should I take dbol with meals or between meals? I have heard people doing both. Does it matter?

    I take 50mg half an hours before hitting the gym, thats also 30 minutes after my preworkout meal... so i guess it would be considered in between meals. IMO it makes the whole workout go at a greater intensity.

    Not IMO.
    Worked out out great for me, I used it as a 5 wk kickstart with my last deca test cycle.
