    5-11 234 pounds, want to get down to 210, any suggestions?

    I have been lifting for about 8 years, I fluctuate between 220 and 240, i have alot of muscle and good shape, just alot of fat covering it up. I know diet and excercise are major in taking the fat off, but I am about to make the plunge!! A few of my buddies who are no stranger to gear said I should stack tren with winny v and see how that goes. any suggestions?

    If they made no mention of test as a base....don't listen to your friends they know nothing. Right now all you need is diet and cardio. What are your full stats:
    Age
    Weight
    Height
    Bf
    Yrs training
    Cycle exp
    Planned pct
    Goals for this cycle

    im 28, 5-11 234 pounds, bf around 20%, never touched a cycle. I havent thought about post cycle yet. im new and that is why I posted this question on here!!

    Well welcome aboard the first thing I would do and did do when I was new here is post your diet in the diet section for a critique and tweak, you should lower your bf considerably before cycling this will keep estrogen related sides low.
    Read the educational stickies as well as pct stickies educate yourself so you can make the right choices. Test only first cycle leave the tren and the winni alone for now
