Anavar 40-50mg ED Weeks 1-8
Tribulus 5-8g ED Weeks 1-12
Avena Sativa 2-4g ED Weeks 1-12
Clomid 50mg ED Weeks 9-11


Now my questions are. The var that I have are 30mg each. So I am guessing running 60mg ED for 8 weeks would still be okay? And yes I have more than enough clomid.

But I don't understand this 5-8mg of Tribulus and 2-4mg of Avena sativa I have searched all over the internet for them in that dosage and I found nothing. All I find is a lot higher dosages...?

So I am asking for recommendations for the trib and avena. Brand and mg ?

I think they meant 5-8 grams of tribulus (based off my knowledge) not sure if they meant grams for the avena sativa as well but probably just a typo. I would recommend getting a pill splitter so you can space out your dosing of the anavar as well.

Do you find that trib & A.S. accually work? I've always been pretty sceptical..

I honestly can not say being I have never tried either. I just can not find a solid source for test prop or proviron so I am going with the trib+as. I figure its better than just running var solo.
I guess I will find out if trib+as work lol.

I have mixed reviews on Tribulus. With the ANAVAR I would split it AM/PM

60 mg/day is a pretty solid choice. IMHO trib didnt do a thing for me. Instead, take support supplements for liver, bp, pros, etc. Annabolic innovations makes a good one. Also, split up your doses twice per day like 7am and 7 pm.

For pct I would run nolva @ 40/40/20/20. Someone might chime in if clomid would be a better choice. Not 100% on that one.....

your anavar is in capsule form?? you cant get test??? hmmmm..

is your anavar in a pink bottle?? if so you may be in for a big disappointment
