Question Plateaux has been reached, time to take AAS?

Hi, Ive been training for 4 years now and for the last 3 months I have seemed to plateauxed.

Im 6'1' and 210lbs at around 14% bodyfat. Currently playing American football at a competitive level and would like to gain around 15lbs but stay a similar bf%.

I tend to use explosive training such as 5 by 5 @ 110kg on bench press but change it up regularly to keep my muscles guessing if you will.

I have heard a lot of good stuff about dianabol for a first cycle and am interested in taking it.

What would any of you guys recommend?

I am from england so I guess ordering steroids should be quite easy right?

    Thanks

i think your age is important?
Its worth getting your diet in check before hand.
Also there is no way you have reached your natural genetic potential in 4 years. Still plenty of room for natural gains there.

Yeh I have tried many different variations in my diet going up to 4500kcals of quality complex carbs lean protiens good fats etc it doesnt seem to make much difference. I also have been using the basic supplements such as powders, creatines and NO2 to help with recovery. I know im at almost my highest level of natural test levels being the age.

Unfortunately, this is true. However, most of these responses are not made by people who havedone adequate research or know that cycling at the wrong age can seriously F*CK u up.
