My First Cycle, and before i get abused, i know i was far too young. 17.
I went from 146 pounds to 177. My bodyfat was 10 percent.
Cycle of Test E 500mg for 10 weeks, I had awesome gains.
However, due to an injury with boxing, I havent lifted a weight in 6 months.
I know weigh 170 pounds with 15 percent bodyfat roughly.
My first pic is me at 146 pounds, the second lot of pics of me 5 minutes ago.
I want to cycle again, however, this time im not looking for huge gains as on my first cycle, i want to gain roughly 6-7 pounds of muscle, whilst cutting my bodyfat back to around 10 percent.
What is the best advice for this, I am planning on doing 30 mins of cardio 5-6 days a week?
