I'm eating every 2-3 hours with atleast 300 grams of protein daily. I'm 5'11 currently 193lbs with 12%BF. I noticed that in the 5th-7th week, I peaked very hard, gained size (14lbs so far) , strength, oily skin the whole nine. Since then all sides have stopped and the intensity is gone, I don't feel the burst of strengths during sets etc. Is this common? Has my body just had enough?
