    1st Cycle Question

    I'm coming into my 9th week on a 10 week cycle, this being my first cycle. I've been running:

    200MG Deca per wk
    400MG Test Cyp per wk

    I'm eating every 2-3 hours with atleast 300 grams of protein daily. I'm 5'11 currently 193lbs with 12%BF. I noticed that in the 5th-7th week, I peaked very hard, gained size (14lbs so far) , strength, oily skin the whole nine. Since then all sides have stopped and the intensity is gone, I don't feel the burst of strengths during sets etc. Is this common? Has my body just had enough?

    Do not use deca on your first cycle!
    Stick with the test only so you can see what it does to your body first. Deca is brutal if you can not handle it. I am one of those people as it made me extremly depressed. So do yourself a favor and save the deca for your second or even third cycle.

    Sounds diet related, probably not eating enough to support your new mass.
    What are you stats and planned pct.
    Your plan doesn't seem well thought out. Stopping the test the same time as the deca shows little research on your behalf.

    Stats are 33 years old, 12.4% BF, 191lbs, 5'11. PCT - HCG at 500iu per week, Post Cycle & Unleashed. I recently purchased more test with the expectation of running for an addtional 2 weeks aftter. But wasn't sure how benefical it was going to be. Thus the reason I'm posting.

    My concern is not the weight/muscle gains, that seems to still be growing. I'm talking about the peak/feeling, with bursts of strength during sets. Any ideas guys?

    ok first hcg during cycle not in pct, it could adversley effect your hpta. look into clomid and nolva for your pct.
    running test 2 weeks longer than deca can aid in recovery.
    and again diet could be the factor in gym performance, have you upped your caloric intake since starting the cycle?

    I'd been running the HCG for the past two weeks and planned on running it through PCT. But it appears you're saying this is not wise. I'll look into the items you suggested. Yeah, I added about 500 calories from supps in my diet. That could be the problem, maybe it needs it be a natural food source.

    15lbs isnt bad for first cycle of 400mg cyp for 10wks,, not sure what you expected.

    Thx chuckt, I felt the same way, I started out 181-184 and I'm hopeful I can hit 200 by the time it's done, it would be awesome to keep 12-15 of that. I got on the scale the other day and it said 196! But I'm sure that was a lot of other stuff, pre work out aid, water etc. Let's see what happens

    by 4 months you will have lost most of that,, just the name of the game. Good diet and workout routine will help to keep some but in reality you will eventually lose most if not all

    Sure does suck that all the gains will be gone in four months. I thought i kept all of my added mass from my first cycle, maybe it was all in my head
