im 21 years old, 178cm, 85kg and have a 14 inch bicep when tensed
my one rep max for bench is 120
ive been going to the gym daily for a few years now and want to take it to the next level. my freind has sorted me out with 100, 10mg dbol tabs and i want to know how to take it and if its the right thing for me, i dont no if i need a pct for such a small dosage but this is why im here.
