Need help. Bleeding from my butt

Hi. A guy at school gave me some red pills called russia. I am only 16, and Im very small. 5,5" and only 120lbs. Want to get big like u guys, so I put 3 pills up my butt everyday for 4 weeks now. My mom wont allow me to train at a gym, so I do some serious pushups and situps every day, (Like 200 of each.) I can feel Im getting stronger, but I havnt gained as much as I wanted. Talked to the guy at school, and he said I should use 1-2 more pills every day. Problem is my butt is realy starting to hurt. I have blood in my poo, and sometimes I even bleed into my underwear. Should I just put more in my butt and live with the pain? No pain no gain right? My mom is sending me to the doctor because of all the bloody underwear. Will the doctor be able to see that im using russia? Dont want my mom to find out Im using drugs

I can guarantee you this is just some arse trying to be funny. He deserves to be banned for it. Probably not 16 but since he said he was he should be banned anyways

If I stop I wont get big as the guys at school. Is it dangerus to continue? My mom will get very angry if I tell her. She cout me smoking weed a few weeks ago, and told me to move out if I used drugs again
