starting first cycle in few days and just giving my stats and training log
i joined this forum a few weeks now and gain some valuable knowledge.
i started training at the start of the summer as ive become over weight AGAIN. ive been going on and off to the gym now for 6 years but usualy lose interest but this time im got a series love for it so sticking at it now. ive now lost 55 pounds since the start of the summer and toned up alot.. my training routine is hard cardio 5 times a week in the mornings for about 60 to 90mins and high intense weight training 3/4 times a week.
im starting a clen cycle next week with 2 weeks on 2 weeks off and was maybe thinking of cycling var with it for some gains.... its just i did a 6 week heavy weights programme and put on muscle mass and decided then id go on 6 week light weights high tense circuits with boxing and lost more body fat but also lost load of the muscle but did tone up a shit load..
so ive got about maybe 15-22 pounds of fat more to lose to be shredded so that why im moving onto the clen and var cycle.. what do you guys think.
ps im starting a running programme now in a few days as i plan on running a few half marathons and charity runs.
current stats.
age 27
weight 220 pounds give or take
height 6ft 2 inches
my diet is ok for weight loss as i try to limit g i foods and carbs and get in as much fruit water lean meat etc..Last edited by murrayham; 01-11-2011 at 11:00 AM.

the clen will work fine without the var i assure you. congrats on the body transformation btw.

Usually everyone suggest being on a stable diet and strict routine For longer than a few months before starting a cycle. Food +sleep+ workout with roids = big time growth Just make sure your PCT is in line so you can keep some of the gains. Good luck

var is not a serm used for pct, it is a steroid and requires a pct to recover from its use.
based on the info you posted i think more time researching is needed at this time.

I'm a little confused here, could you please type out your cycle and PCT plans. Am I missing something?

Just keep doing what you have been doing. You have made fantastic changes with your current routine. Continue on and add the wieght training for more mass, at your age you have plenty of natural test ( the only reason to use test or any AAS at this point would be if you had low test so your gains were coming very slow) and will continue to make great gains. My personal feeling is that even incorporating the clen is not a good idea at this point but if you do so read up on it and take it easy, as far as any AAS at this point your connective tissues are not yet ready for the rapid increase in strength that will result and a nagging injury that will likely prevent further gains is a likely outcome.
You don't list your diet but almost anyone can benefit from the diet section and a tune-up on what they eat.
Great work so far, keep it up and give your body more time to build its connective tissues before using any kind of steroids .

i would not run the Anavar .. it will cause more problems then solve since you would then have to do PCT etc.. running clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off is fine but you can also just run it for 6 weeks and take benadryl prior to going to sleep every night on weeks 3 and 6.. Something in the benadryl cleans out your receptors and allows you to stay on the clen with out cycling off..

thanks for feed back... to be honest i think im just looking for too much of a transformation by taking the both clen and var.. think ill just go ahead with the clen and continue the training for 6-8 weeks and see how i go from them.. i do apprciate the response, thanks

the cycle i was thinking about is clen with var for 6-8 weeks and maybe use nov during cycle instead of pct as its my first cycle
