So I just received my clen from ar-r but the problem is how am I supposed to take this. I understand that the doses are in mcg but the thing is there's a 1000mcg in one mg and this has 300mg in 30ml. Doesn't that mean that a 20mcg dose is like a drop with this 1ml syringe

AR-R's clen is dosed at 200mcg per ml.... this is very simple. If you want 100mcg, then you would take 0.5ml if you wanted 50mcg, you would take 0.25ml if you wanted 20mcg, you would take 0.1ml.
Get it??

I ordered Clen from them today. Now I know where to come if I have a problem with dosage. Heh. I agree that it is better to ask then screw up what you put in your body. I read another clen thread where several people were saying they weren't feeling anything even at high doses...but it turns out they did the math wrong and were underdosing...which is MUCH better than overdosing.

its a 1mm oral syringe its graduated into tenths of 1ml (one only one ml)total is the full syringe. notice the decimal before the numbers,this indicates tenths .1 .2 .3 .4 .5 .6 .7 .8 .9 with the highest measurement having no decimal indicating 1ML(one ml)(full syringe) it does not read 10ml, only 1ml
the concentration of ar-r"s clen is 200mcg per ml
the full syringe to the 1ml mark is a 200mcg dose..
at the .1 mark = 20mcg
at the .2 mark = 40mcg
at the .3 mark = 60mcg
at the .4 mark = 80mcg
at the .5 mark = 100mcg
at the .6 mark = 120mcg
at the .7 mark = 140mcg
at the .8 mark = 160mcg
at the .9 mark = 180mcg
at the 1ml mark (full syringe) = 200mcg
empty the contents of the oral syringe into your mouth and drink it. you can run a piece of clear tape over the markings on the oral syringe so that they do not rub off and you can continue to use the same oral syringe accurately many times.

Good luck with the clen. Its very strong and you should definitely drop some pounds. Are you taking taurine or keto with your clen cycle?

my friend is on ar-r clen he took only 20 mcg and said it felt like he drank a pot of coffee .he said it was an uneasy feeling .very powerfull

he stoped taking it after 2 days , said it was to strong and he felt strange and could not pinpoint what it felt like the best he could desribe was you feel like your on anxiety meds. and he is sensative to them.

Just an update on the Clen, I started taking it last weds. at 20mcg. I felt NO side effects outside of the elevated HR so the next day I upped to 60mcg just to see... still no sides outside of the high HR. So since friday I have been on 100mcg but the only side that has happen was the cramping which was due to my lack of taking the taurine that day. I took it right after and had zero issues. My only question is that I haven't noticed weight loss yet and my diet is on point as it was evaluated with the diet forum. Should I up the dose to 120-140?

i started taking clen today in pill form but i did research on type and doesnt seem to be a good product.. think i might try the liquid form when the pills are gone!

MWF: @5:30am 25min alternating between jogging and running 60/90 sec intervals
TTh: @5:30am 1.5-2 mile run, depending if my body is up for it
SSu: Haven't started running but will soon
That in addition to a daily game of basketball at about 3 times a week

Yeah, but why bother? I usually have a box or protein can full of used slin pins and syringes. Just cut the tip off and its perfect.
