    More frequency on cycle - from 5 split to 3 split?

    Hey everyone!
    I will soon be doing a test enanthate cycle and I have been thinking about mixing it up a bit.

    I have been doing a 5-split the last months and I've had steady results with it, however, sometimes I feel like I should hit the muscle more than once every one week. (I know certain muscles are hit many times because of different compounds throughout the week). I just feel like going back to 3-split again, especially when I am going to cycle because of the increased restitution.

    What are your thoughts and reflections on this?

    Due to increased recovery I can sustain a greater gym workload when on cycle.
    I prefer to do as much as possible without over training. Trying to walk that fine line.
    It takes years to learn what type of training works best for your body.
    One must experiment to determine what type(s) will best suit their individual goals and body.
