Mild Scoliosis and BBing /w AAS

I know this topic isn't directly connected to AAS, but I'm wondering if any of you guys that cycle have mild scoliosis. I have a 20 degree curve in my spine...it use to be 17 and it recently bumped up to 20. I have no idea why, as I'm 24 and according my doctor scoliosis is not supposed to get worse after ur done growing, especially if its mild. It doesn't impact my trainning much, I'm not as strong on benchpress as DB press because I bring up the bar slightly curved, due to one shoulder hanging lower than the other. One lat is also smaller than the other by a lil bit. I'm wondering if its possible to reverse the scoliosis by a bit, as I had no issues when it was at 17 degrees...

I've read that with certain exercusis scoliosis has been reveresed to a degree, but I'm thinking once u throw in AAS ur ability to get stronger muscles and strenghten back muscles is greatly enhanced. Do you guys think working on my lower back, obliques, and abs a lot would assist my spine to go back to a straight position (I don't train abs 2 much, do not train obliques at all, and I cannot deadlift due to my condition, so my lower back is not strong) ? I'm currently 6'1, 225lbs..and I didn't even know I had scoliosis till recently, because when it was at 17 degrees it never imapcted my trainning, and I guess my right shoulder was maybe 1/4 of an inch lower than the other, so I never even noticed. If anyone has this condition and cycles I'd be glad to hear from u

In terms of trainning this is what it looks like:

    -Cannot Squat
    -Cannot DL
-I can bench 225lbs on incline x6, but I put up 120lbs DB x8 on flat.
-Cannot do 2 handed dumbell overhead for tris, due to shoulder sticking out more
-Basically all compounds, eg bb curl, bar rows do not feel as good as doing them with DBS, I still do all the BB compounds, but on most exercises I'm stronger with DB.

I'm currently on 750mg Test E been on for 10 weeks, 4 more to go
600mg EQ EW, 4 more weeks to go

Started at 195lbs, 225 atm...kicked stated with anadrol 6 weeks.

I have mild scoliosis as well and i do perfectly fine with deadlifts and squats. Just make sure you wear a belt on just about every exercise and make sure its pretty tight as well. Also when im on cycle and im really going all out on deadlifts and squats i see a chiropractor about every 3-4 weeks and it helps alot. If you dont see a Chiropractor you really should it helps alot. I notice that when im going all out on those lifts my curve in my spine seems to be a little worse then normal but after the chiropractor im good as new. Also make sure to stretch out your back for 5-10 minutes before EVERY workout. You use your lower back in more lifts then you think.

same here. it can be a slight challange, so I have to be careful is all. I seriously don't exercising will change the angle your spine sits together

lifting generally has made my scoliosis worse

It's interesting to hear other guys talk about it. I knew tons of ppl had minor scoliosis but I thought I was alone in the universe as a poor bastard who had to twist up his back just to stay in shape. Anyone know how this will affect us later on? I'm really worried I'll end up one of those shut-in recluses with constant, excrutiating back pain and like 2 surgeries a year. I know someone like that and her life is f***ing hell.

on a related note, do you ever try diff workouts at weirdass angles to correct the fact that perfect form exacerbates your muscular incongruencies?

    sway back
    mild scoliosis
    arthritis

the best thing for me is back and stomach exercises

    and keep the weight off

i hate to say this, but bb probably isn't the best thing
since this usually involves gaining weight which stresses your back more. the issue is skeletal, not muscular, so a muscular solution will only take you so far.....
the pain gets worse as you age

My cousin had scoliosis, he had to have a rod inserted in his back. After a few years though he was pretty much normal. I don't know if that is an option for you since he had that done while he was an adolescent.
