I am putting myself out there for this one. Im posting and will take all licks like a man, that means good or bad.
History
14 yrs old = 165lbs
16 yrs = 185lbs
18 yrs = 205lbs
20 - 29 = 245lbs
30 - 35 = 260lbs
Present = 280lbs
I have a few questions and I am limited on time for answers.. To admit, I am going on "vacation" for an incident that happened last year.. Regardless, I am here for help.
I am athletic, I train athletes in MMA (3 days a week, 4 hours each day..cardio end as well as instruction, I weight train 3 days and superset each and every workout) but, as a trainer, I have taken the "sideline" approach (do as I say, not as I do). But, I do get in there and grind from time to time.
I have 8 10cc bottles of Depot Test. I have a superior diet and spare NO EXPENSE when it comes to my food as my girl is a dietician (not much of a looker, but one helluva cooker).
I want to lean out for the next 4 weeks to roughly 265lbs. My goal is to be where I am at now but J_A_C_K_E_D! I already get the monster comments but I see areas that need improvement.
My question is what ingredients should I throw in the mix. And what doses should I strive for?
