bridging cycles
Can someone please explain to me what this means? And exactly when to use it and purpose? Thanks.

It basically means that you are on constantly. You never actually are clear of everything. For example after a 12 week cycle you run a way lower dose so you dont lose any gains. It has always scared me a bit to do a bridge because there is really no real break to let your normal body functions come back.
