I'm 6' 205 lbs, 18% body fat. Down from 245lbs 26% body fat. I've been training for a few months now, but am not new to the gym scene, have about 4 yrs of training experience. I'm looking to just get leaner at first by doing a 12 week Primo only cylce adding winny the 6 weeks. I can only get winny tabs so im stuck with orals for now. my cycle would look something like this:

week 1-6, primo 150mg twice weekly
week 6-12, primo 150mg twice weekly & winny 25mg in the morning 25mg aprox 6 hours later.

if i should change anything any help is always great. thanks
