    Lean mass cycle

    Hi,
    I have done my first cycle Test E and DBol, now i am in PCT.
    i am planing my next cycle and wanted to know is this a good cycle for lean mass gain and i would want to lose some fat too.

    1-12 Test E 750mg/week
    1-4 Anavar 40mg/day
    4-8 Anavar 50mg/day
    14-18 Clomid and Nolva

    If my diet will be 1gr/1kg Carbs 4gr/kg Protein 1gr/1kg Fat, could i gain lean mass and loose fat?

    My Bf ~9-10%
    Weight 200lbs
    Training 4 years
    Cycle exp. 1

    I am 22, there's no reason for you to tell me that i am too young, i will do cycle anyway, so I am planning to get advices for next cycle, not reasons why not to do it.

    ok i wont tell you your too young, but i will tell you 750mgs of test for a first cycle is an invitation to problems. with age comes experiance neither of which you have so do yourself a favor and dont run that cycle.

    I have just done 1 cycle
    1-12Test E 500mg/week
    1-5 dbol 40mg/day

    14-18 Nolva, clomid

    that's allot of test. Third cycle is going to be 1000mg?

    No need to raise your test that high already.

    Ive done 6 or so cycles and I havent raised my test above 600mg a week.

    If your diet and training are up to par... then theres no need to go for high doses.

    Since you are hell bent on cycling...
    Lower the test to 500mg.
    Keep the Var at either 40 or 50. No reason to adjust the dosage.

    How I would run the var would be...

    50mg a day for first 4 weeks.

    Then 50mg day for LAST 4 weeks.

    Post your diet up in the diet section for them to go over it and tweak it for you.

    just out of curiosity what kind of gains did you see from that first cycle, and how tall are you

    Yes you can gain a little LBM and lose some BF%, it's not easy however and comes down to perfect training and diet and specific anabolics.

    I am 180cm tall and gained 10kg=22lbs with my first cycle

    OP, what makes this a lean mass cycle? Losing fat is up to your diet and caloric intake...
