Really, this only causes me concern before and after I workout, because I take down around a gallon of water and will occassionally piss about 10x within 2 hours. Overall, I probably piss 20-30x a day.
I do have to get up every night to pee at least once now, and maybe 20% of the time I have to get up twice--if I drank a lot of liquid before bed. Never any pain, difficulty, etc, though. Just a lot of pee.
