Been reading these posts a lot and it seems many people here know what they're doing. I'm 29 years old. 159 lbs and 5'10 tall. I need good recommendations on what to purchase. I want to achieve definition and maybe gain some couple lbs in muscle. Thanks for reading and for the help guys.
