ok first let me say i have a unique situation. im 32 215lbs 5'10 and i have copd. (pulmonary fibrosis) to be exact. i have been lifting weights for the past 5 yrs with this disease. im not able to do cardio as you can imagine. im at a good point in my health and im wanting to make the best strength gains/mass as possible. i never can tell how long before i have another episode-so to speak. i've got my workout established , first 2 weeks-full body workouts 3days aweek (6 rep) then i will be swapping to a 4-day aweek (8-12 rep) for 4 weeks. please share if you have a better plan. and i have a good supply of test cyp. but im not sure how i should use this or if it will help by itself? any guidence is appreciated...thanks in advance.
