    First Cycle in almost 2 years

    Okay guys i havent been on here in about 2 years so info is needed. I just started getting back on here and reading around. A little about my past. I have been working out since i was 19. I am now 25 and i wiegh 190. When i was 23 i did one cycle of test e and dbol. I got up to 220 and my strenght went up alot. I ended up tearing my acl so i stopped taking so i could recover right. Well just my luck the surgery didnt work out and i had to have 2 more. Well with not lifting or any cardio for almost 2 years i have got me a little cut (pics will be up soon). I am wanting to start another cycle and was wanting to get some info. I have in my hand Sustanon 250. I was wondering if this would be a good starting cycle or should i do test e and dbol?

    I will not be starting this cycle for another 6 months. I want a good year of hard working out before i start. So info please and if you have any questions i will be more then happy to answer.

    Test E - 500mg week - shoot Mon/Thurs - 250mg per shot - 12 weeks
    Dbol - 30-50mg/day - 4-6 weeks

    PCT: Clomid and Nolvadex
    50/50/50/50
    20/20/20/20

    age:25
    bodyfat %:not sure 20%
    diet:High Protien
    training:few years
    PCT knowledge: what i can read on here

    I was planning on doing this but like i said before i allready got sust 250. You guys think i could just use this instead of test e? Test is just test right?

    sust is just as good as test E.. it has a combo of different ethers so many people prefer sust to just test e.. The only difference is that you will wait 3 weeks before starting you PCT since the Sust has the longer ether Testosterone Deconate in it which has a longer active life then Test Enanthate does.

    I did a 12 weeks sus 250 cycle with a 4 week dbol kicker. Awesome cycle. I gained 25 lbs in 4 weeks. I was able to hang onto about 10 lbs after PCT. Post PCT diet wasn't so good so I lost a lot of gains. You'll like the sus 250 + dbol. I got acne while on the cycle. If you're prone to acne you might want to get ready with something. I got acne at the end of week 4. Be ready and have fun.

    Would it be safe to just take sus 250 by itself for a first cycle?

    If so so should i take 250mg on monday and 250mg on thursday?

    Yes, the sust is fine.

    What's your PCT plan?

    Also, you should focus on lowering that BF before you start...

    D7M you helped me out the most the last time i was on here a few years ago when i was on test E and dbol.

    This is my PCT PLAN:
    PCT: Clomid and Nolvadex
    50/50/50/50
    20/20/20/20

    As for lowering my body fat i plan on it. Im not sure what it is i just guessed 20%. My diet for now is no carbs and alot of protien. As for working out i run on the eliptical from 630am to 730am. I can run due to a bad knee still. Then i run from 330pm to 430pm and do my work out after that. I dont plan on starting my cycle for another 6 months.

    What i really need to is get my first cycle planned out along with my PCT and figure out my second cycle along with that PCT to. The guy i get my stuff from likes to make bigger orders and i like that to so i dont have to keep getting ahold of him. So anyone have any ideas for the second cycle? I think my PCT for my first cycle will do just fine for the second cycle if i have read my info right.

    PCT looks fine.

    Head over to the diet forum. Low carb is fine, but you still need an energy source if you're not getting one from carbs (namely, fats).

    Ellipitical is fine, too. I have one in my house, it's what I mainly use for cardio in the winter. One hour is fine to start with, and I wouldn't do an hour of cardio BEFORE training either.

    Okay heading to the diet forum to do some more research.

    I have heard it is not good to do cardio before working out but im trying to burn calories and get my BF% down. I see it like this, if i get my hear rate up running before it will stay up durning my whole work out. Note im just doing this before i start doing my cycle in 6 months. Once i start the cycle i will change my whole work out schedule

    cardio before lifting expends too much energy, get your heart rate up with hit training high reps high sets and keep it moving.

    I don't like it, but whatever works for you.

    2 hours of cardio is probably over kill at this point (even if you truly are 20% bf). You'll stagnate, then you'll have to drop cals or increase cardio, which at that point means loosing muscle.

    If you want to do two cardio sessions a day (which is a good thing!) then do half in the am, and half PWO. Keep cals moderately high (close to your TDEE) to begin with.

    When i say cardio before working out i dont mean full out run tell i feel like puking and im sweating my ass off. I just do a slight job on the eleptical tell my heart rate gets up then i start my work out. Like i said before right now im just trying to lower my BF% im not to worried about strenght and bulk tell i lower my BF%. I use to be 220lbs at 15BF%. I want to get below 15bf% before i start up this cycle. I know cardio before working out drains you but i do not kill myself before i work out. I do that in my morning run. If you think this is still bad just let me know. Knowledge is power

    I will try to get my BF% either tomorrow or thursday. Does anyone have a good way at doing it? I mean i know how to since i did a few years in the army i just never liked there way.

    I will also cut down to 30 mins in the am and 30mins in the pm for cardio.

    The military way of determining BF is retarded.

    You can post a pic if you want a general estimate, or try to get calipered at your gym or wherever.

    Now for the main question.

    ya since that picture my mid section has gotten alittle bigger not much. I have had 3 knee surgey's since then so ya cant do much cardio

    Yah, your PCT looks good above.

    Sust only is fine cycle. Adding an oral suitable to your goals is optional.

    And you're not 20% in that pic. Tough to tell from only one pic, but mid-teens is probably more realistic.

    In that pic i believe i was around 215 and now im 190.

    okay so i got the first cycle in line with just sust 250. I have the PCT is good to go.

    So what about a second cycle?

    Anyone have any suggestions on the second cycle? Im just trying to figure this out now so i can get it all ordered and on the way

    Okay so im going to keep it easy for my second cycle.

    First cycle will be sust250 for 10 weeks

    Second will be Test E for 15 weeks and Dbol for 12 weeks. Does that sound about right?

    I posted my PCT all ready and im waiting between 4 to 6 months before i start my 2nd cycle

    First cycle plan looks good.

    I'm personally not a fan of longer cycles, and I certainly wouldn't run dbol for 12 weeks.
