My Fist cycle since working out!
Hello,
I am 32 years old, my height is 5'7 and I weight 154lbs. I have been training for almost 2 years. While training I have only used what most people do (creatine, glutamine, fat burners, pre-workout drinks and my protein). My body fat is somewhere around the 11%. My goal is to get leaner (definition). I think I'm ready to step it up a notch so I just purchased Test Propionate 100 mg - 10ML multidose Vial, but don't know how much or how often to take it! A close bodybuilding friend recommended .5 cc's (half cc) every week. My goal is to gain a little more weight and still look lean (I'm not going for a bulky look). Right now, I'm just taking my protein shakes and eating healthy. Can someone please give me some feedback on this matter. Any suggestions? Thanks!

that is bad advice.. Test prop needs to be taken every other day.. it only last 3 days in your body.. I also do not recomend Test Prop on a first cycle do to the fact you have to inject so often and it is painful at injection site... something you grow use to after a few cycles.. is it possible that you can get some test enanthate , or test cypionate , or sust250?? If not you can do test prop.. but you must inject 1cc every other day for ten weeks.. anything less is a waste of time.
your buddy's recomendation will actually cause you to have less test in your system that you are naturally producing.. 50mg a week is about a third of what you would produce naturally at your age.

Why buy something you know nothing about? You need to inject propionate every other day at .5-.7 ml or so. You should put that aside, research and start over. I think if you read the stickies, it should be very clear.

Thanks for replying. I don't know if I can get the other types of test you recommend but will try. If I am unsuccesful getting them, can I do half cc twice a week? Thanks!

Dear MBMETCNO,
NO, I do not understand what it means. If I were to understand, then I wouldn't have posted a thread, would I? Like I said, it is my first time doing this and my first time on this forum. If you do not have the patience to explain then don't write on the post please. I am trying to get educated. I have read many things and that's why I am seeking advice from people who have done it. I can bet anything that when you started (if you juiced) you asked around as well, so bare with me!
On another note, if someone can tell me what the appropriate dosage (in cc's and how often) would be, I would really appreciate it! Keep in mind that I don't want to get really big, I just want a little bit more size than what I have, nothing crazy!

dude im not jumping on you im just trying to find out how much knowladge you have. sorry if i worded my question in the wrong manner. shut down-when ever you introduce hormones exogenous (through injection) your endogenous (natural)hormones stop being produced resulting in hpta sut down. if you are gonna shut down you system you had better make it worth it or why bother. hope this helps and ill be more than happy to answer any question you have tio the best of my ability.

Thanks MBMETC.....Your knowledge is helpful. So, what would you recommend, dosage wise, taking into consideration all that I have posted? How many cc's and how often of the propionate ? Thanks!

You are 154 LBS!! Up your calories incrementially above your BMR until you start seeing gains. Steroids wont cure bad diet and training practices.

i agree. without proper diet you risk the chance of side effects with no reward, just not worth it.you probably have room to grow through diet- eat more get bigger just watch your fat. the diet section is where you need to focus your energy post your diet and your goals and people will help you.

Breakfast: oatmeal, 4 or 5 eggs, 2 strips of turkey bacon and 2 slices whole wheat bread.
Lunch: Chicken or Turkey breast, Brown Rice or sweet potato and salad.
Dinner: Chicken or turkey and salad.
I also take my protein (Muscle Milk) shakes after lunch and before I go to sleep. Throughout the week my diet is basically the same, some minor changes may occur, but it is basically the same
Should I increase to 3 shakes a day?

no increase to 5 or 6 meals a day minimum
your eating the rite foods, just not enough. eat every 2 hours if you can and watch that muscle milk its got alot of sugar.
a good blend of whey with like 1g of suger if that and like no carbs, use a casien protien before bed it's slow digesting and keeps you anabolic .
is the bacon nessacery and choose processed breads careluly, if you can stand it ezekiel bread would be better but i don't use it i just don't overdue the processed grain breads.

Thanks again MBMETC and sorry to ask so many questions. But, I take my protein shakes in between meals as a meal replacement, so I actually count them as a meal (so in total I take 5 meals according to me). Or should I not count them as a meal and instead replace them with an actual meal? And also, I am considering changing to Isopure protein given your advice.

when i take a shake as a meal i make it a meal, what do you mean mike you ask. i take my whey protien powder and .5cup of raw oats a bananna and 1tblespoon of natural peanut butter and blend it up your getting like 700 useable calories and carbs and ef's i enjoy that after a work out. mmm mmm good
