Puffy nips on Clomid
I have one nipple that is slightly puffy. It's not sensitive at all or hurting. There is no real noticeable lump. If I bend over, you see it slightly sag. I ended my clomid/nolva PCT a few days ago. Will the puffiness go away over time? Is this normal to have some puffiness on cycle or PCT? As long as there are not hard lumps, I should recover fine, no?

It's not uncommon, especially in PCT, while your body is trying to reach homeostasis.
You should be fine, but you may want to consider continuing a low dose of Nolva for the next few weeks.

I only ordered enough Nolva to run alongside the clomid for a month-long PCT, but now I'm finding out it can take up to 6 weeks before clomid leaves your system. I may have elevated test levels for a few more weeks if I am reading into that correctly.
I actually had the same slight puffiness (no sensitivity) with my nipples about week 5 or 6 into my test prop cycle, but then it seemed to die down a bit. In essence: slightly puffy nipples (with no lumps) will usually go away on their own. Am I reading that right?
