    Deca, EQ or ?

    Is there anything beter to run than deca or eq currently running EQ at the minute 350mg a week with test 400 and tren but after some more Reading on here it would seem it's prety crap to say the least. I do not personaly know what to think to this at the moment. So woundering if there is an alternative to this and deca ? Any body have some recomendations.

    you should be runnin EQ at 600mg a week for at a minimum of 12wks and not sure what mg/wk your doin for the test 400 but 600-800mg/wd would be ideal. Deca is great if you have joint pain however the side is added water weight but the tren would help keep that to a min. How often do you administer the tren and how many mg per? is it Tren A or Tren E? The deciding factor on results of using any gear is gonna be your diet. If your not getting what you need out of your diet you wont get what you want out of your gear. This is a great cycle but wether you stick with it or change it thats up to you just do some research

    What type of goals are you trying to obtain and how long have you been on?

    yes that's why I'm unshure of using deca. I seem to get very bloated on it and gain quiet a bit of water when on it. At the moment no water retention and feel great. I've been on nearly 3 weeks now I'm on 750mg test 400 and 400 mg tren. I've gained about 8/9 lbs so far I'm realy happy with this. But I think as the weeks go on it's going to get harder to put more gains on. My diet consists of a bowl of poridge in the morning a generous sized bowl. Folowed by a shake shortly after then about 5/6 boiled eggs with 2 peaces of brown bread followed by a shake after then 2 tins of tuna with a spoon of Mayo in it. Then it's training for a couple of hours. Then a shake then the meal varys a fair bit chicken and rice pasta fish steak anything along them lines allways with greens. So I think my diet is ok you guys would be beter looking over it. I was wanting to gain about 15-20 pounds I would be happy if I reach that goal.

    The tren is a mix of 150mg of tren e with 50mg of tren a in it

    EQ and Deca are pretty similar, I would stick to the EQ as the bloat effect is much less.

    First you said you are 350mg of test per week, and then 750? I don't think nandrolone in any form would be a good idea at this point. EQ and Deca have little in common besides the fact that they are primarily anabolics. I think your tren is Tri-Tren. Read the label. It is absurd that you are asking these questions mid cycle, you should have done more research before hand.

    You should stick to your planned cycle, and see it through. It is a good combo that has been run many times by many people.
    Or give it up and salvage your health. start PCT in two weeks, just enough time to order some....

    the reason I asked the question as I am unshure it is working as well as it could. As I looked into other peoples oppinions of it and it wasn't over rated. That's all. But some things work for some people and not for others I have allready got my pct together thanks would seem a bit daft to start a cycle and not have anything on hand if any problems did happen wouldn't it

    I think the only way you will find out how well it works for you is to run it....
    Most people don't really notice much till week 8, then still don't notice much because they are running tren all over it.
    You should at least post your cycle, if not the rest of your stats.
