Gyno question

Was wondering if after you have surgery for the removal of the breast tissue due to can the Gyno reform with continued AAS use? I guess my question is, does someone have to worry about developing Gyno if they have already had the surgery to remove the estrogen receptors/breast tissue? Thanks!

If the subcutaneous mastectomy goes right and the doctor doesnt miss any of the tissue under the nip it is not possible for any more tissue to grow, ever.
