    First future cycle

Hi guys im considering starting my first cycle of Cel M-drol in about 8 months time but want to research as much as possible in the meantime

    Stats
    21
    183lbs
    6ft
    Bf 13%
    Knowledge - above average

    Pre-load 1-2 weeks before on,..
    1. Hawthorne berry
    2. Milk thistle

    On cycle,
    1. (mdrol)10/20/20/4th week optional depends on gains
    2. The CEL cycle assist that came with it

    PCT-
Nolvadex( ive read 40/40/20/20 but just wanna make sure)
    or should i run novedex?

I have decided M-drol as what i can make of the reviews the side are very low and there is no real chance of gyno is that right? gyno is the thing i worry about the most, is there any suggestions of anything else needed?
I may not run the cycle but i want to learn how to anyway just out of curiosity
    Thank you

Too young, and you can still make tons of natural progress.

If that's you in your avatar, then try going to the gym and eating first.

You have been a member here for 6 months, did you spend anytime in the diet section. The help you need is over there.

Do you honestly understand the risks your taking with aas at your age? Life long issues buddy. Some quick gains may not be worth all that down the road and for the rest of your life.

You look fine there is a base there it's just not quite there yet, hence my suggestion of the diet section. Get a strong diet sorted and I gaurentee you will see positive changes.

i do have a diet sorted ive noticed some solid gains recently, this is due to my trainer in the transformation contest, i wasnt indicating i wanted to do it now i was thinking like a year from now, however i dont think im gna bother doing it at all now but still want to learn about it, if that makes sense and was just purely wandering whether that cycle would be sufficient and would prevent sides like gyno etc. I want to compete naturally in 2012 so wouldnt want to jeopardise it

If your diet blows any gains from anything will only be temporary, wherever you read that m-drol had very low sides was a blatant lie. Its one of the harshest compounds on just about every system in the body. Go to the supplement section and read up on superdrol before you think about touching it and live a few years longer.
