First Cycle, please critique
Hi I'm about to undergo my first cycle and I was wondering if you guys could tell me if I'm set for the first cycle as far as proper pct, etc.
Stats
Age:27
BF: 11
Height: 6'4
Weight 210
Calories Taking in per day:6100
Been working out for 13 years, no breaks.
10 Week Cycle
Test E 500 ml for 10 weeks
Dbol 30 mg for first 4 weeks
HCG , 3rd week till end, 250 ius
Arimidex 1 MG EOD
6 Week PCT
Nolva 20 mgs ED
Clomid 20 mgs ED (This is the one thing Im not sure how many mgs to take on, need help)
Aromasin -not sure how much i should take, ill be using the mg form not liquid.
is my PCT good? Do I need anything added to it?

maybe try bump up clomid to 100 like pheedno style
Like the cycle, basic. Post the diet tho, 6100cals is too much man at 210# youl get sloppy

Clomid/ nolva
Clomid 100/100/50/50
Nolva 40/40/20/20
Drop the dex to .50 eod should be more than enough

looks good but bump the clomid to 100mg for two weeks than 50 mg for two weeks and start it two weeks after last test shot.. run nolva at 20mg all the way through. 4000 calories is all you need unless you want to get fat

Diet:
Meal 1- Whey Protein Shake w/ Orange Juice
Meal 2- 5 Eggs, Hashbrown, 6 slices of Turkey
Meal 3- Met-rx Protein bar
Meal 4- 2 Grilled Chicken Breats, pack of yogurt, banana
Meal 5- Met-rx Protein bar
Meal 6- Oatmeal or two peanut butter jelly sandwiches w/ yogurt and banan (Pre-workout)
Meal 7- Mass Gainer Shake
Meal 8- 4 Grilled Chicken Breasts
Meal 9- 4 Grilled Chicken Breasts w/ banana and yogurt
Meal 10 - Whey Protein Shake & Casein w/ milk
As far as running Nova through out, just wondering because I only have enough for pct, can't I just run Nova during PCT and not while I'm on the cycle? Does it make a big difference? And thanks for the tips on the dex and clomid, much appreciated. As far as my diet goes, I'm coming off a shoulder injury, before I weighed in around 225-230. The weight is coming back quickly since I'm working out now. Before I was taking in around 5000 calories, I upped the calories so that I could gain weight faster. Should I still drop to 4000 or go somewhere between 5000 and 6000?

drop the mass gainer shakes and with the p.b. jelly sandwichs, drop the jelly.. you ever have pb and banana sandwiches?? they are good.. This is still not a "clean diet" but you WILL put on size with it.. no need for 6000 cal it is way to much and will be turned into fat.. 4k is enough, maybe 4500 if you want to push the envelope.. look at me (5'10" 245lbs 18%BF) i maintain at 3500 and bulk at 4000
